We have a large portfolio of several hundred properties which we manage on behalf of individual investors and larger property companies. The variety of properties that we manage combined with the diverse nature of our clients has enabled us to develop a very experienced team which is always willing to help.
Due to the large number of transactions that we handle annually we are always able to provide up to date market informed advice to investor clients.
We also provide a wide range of services to developers which includes site finding, advising on likely sale prices and disposal strategies. We have worked with a wide range of developers including smaller companies involved in renovating existing properties to large multi site developers.
We are proud of the extensive marketing reports that we prepare for developers. These reports often have advice on bespoke marketing strategies which result in optimum sales prices.

New Cross SE14
Boutique development of nine town houses built on the site of an old run-down car mechanic/breakers yard. It is now transformed into an amazing community and a fabulous place to call home. There are three and four bedroom houses all individually designed with space, character and the ‘feel good factor’ at the heart of it all. Situated in the Hatcham Park conservation area, the houses are set back off the road in a picturesque street scene with allocated parking, private gardens and, like all developments will have from now on, electric car charging points. For the commuters here, within easy walking distance are New Cross Gate mainline station and the Overground Line, allowing effortless access to a multitude of destinations.
Stunning and contemporary development of 14 apartments including two penthouses and two garden flats. Built on the site of a derelict Victorian house, this scheme was sympathetically designed by one of our recommended architects and is now widely renowned for the well-above-average sizing of each unit. Some of these amazing homes even had two balconies, let alone one! Off-street parking was provided to the front with a communal garden created to the rear and all mature trees on site were retained.
