Jim, Just wanted to thank you and your team helping to secure the purchase of Arbuthnot Road. We have now moved in and are in the process of sorting the place out, although i imagine it will take us a couple of years to get the works we want done. On another note, i would also like to thank Priyesh personally for his input, as he was extremely helpful in both showing us the property and helping us deal through the various issues prior to exchange.
